Pressed Ham hock & leek terrine, pickled cauliflower florets, apple chutney, sourdough toast.

Whiskey cured salmon gravlax, beetroot pesto, dill oil, ciabatta crostini.

Wild mushroom & truffle risotto, parmesan shavings, toasted pine nuts, crispy kale, rocket.

Baked falafel, chestnut hummus, leaves, pitta chips.



Roast turkey crown, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, pigs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing, red wine gravy.

Pork fillet medallions, pan fried bubble & squeak cake, braised chicory, grain mustard sauce.

Marinated hake fillet, shoestring fries, crispy capers, pea & mint puree, lemon & dill aioli.

Red lentil & herb loaf, sesame roasted root vegetables, crushed potatoes, confit cherry tomato & garlic sauce.
